The Commando Course will start at 1100 in Lough Dan with a casual luí isteach. Manannán will be meeting in the Den beforehand at 0930, and lifts to Lough Dan will be arranged by Watch Leaders.

We aim to be finishing in Lough Dan by 1500.

Scouts will need: neckerchief, old t-shirt/thermal, old shorts, old runners, full warm change of clothes, towel, packed lunch.
