To ALL Manannán Scouts. It is mandatory that an activities consent form be completed each year for all participating Scouts. This is to ensure the wellbeing health and safety in the un-lightly event of an incident occurring at any scout activity. No Scout will be allowed to participate in scouting activities until I have received a completed and signed copy of this form.
